I've been meaning to contribute since I first saw the announcement but of course, I ended up waiting until the last minute to send in my article, "Ten Ways to Turn Your Lazy Bum into a Running Fool".

Those are pretty broad questions so you could really write about anything! You don't have to write that much, either, the word count is limited to 600 words (I actually ended up a little bit over - oops)
