However, you might want to check with your Doc and do a blood panel to check to see if everything else is okay. A friend of mine did the blood panel before starting her training for Kona last year and found out she was extremely iron-deficient, to the point where the doc was worried about her health. So, might be good to check it out.Lara Robinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01227145317891636668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3893946833873621642.post-9774898010461593932010-02-02T11:27:03.920-08:002010-02-02T11:27:03.920-08:00Completely agree! You rest more which makes you more tired which makes you want to rest even more ... <br />It all makes me want to eat crappy food, too, which also makes me tired & lethargic! Try eating more protein and doing light exercise - swimming, elliptical trainer, etc.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05745021136504746602noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3893946833873621642.post-83621120681961235832010-02-02T10:49:13.500-08:002010-02-02T10:49:13.500-08:00YES! Since I have been sitting on my butt for the last month studying I definitely feel more exhausted, lazy and just blah than when I was running a lot. Seriously, I sit all day and I have less energy - that makes no sense. Thank god for Starbucks!Kristenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05445810047892512281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3893946833873621642.post-19019610863533362992010-02-01T20:13:33.910-08:002010-02-01T20:13:33.910-08:00The one time I was that tired was when I was train...The one time I was that tired was when I was training for my first Goofy. I was so tired I felt like I slept 10 hours and woke up more tired than when I went to sleep. I even told my doctor who ran all sorts of blood tests but everything was fine. I thought maybe I was anemic but that didn't pan out (though I did start taking a multivitamin a few weeks before going in to the doctor). Still can't say what it was. Sorry, I am no help. I say sleep more if you need it and everything will probably balance out eventually.RoadBunnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02628262932938865868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3893946833873621642.post-52914998800991292412010-02-01T19:57:20.841-08:002010-02-01T19:57:20.841-08:00I totally understand exactly what you're sayin...I totally understand exactly what you're saying.
